At abogacia.uy (part of the JustIA.uy ecosystem) we respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have over it, under Uruguay’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 18.331.

1. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the API access request form:

• Name
• Work email
• Company or organization
• Use type and plan of interest
• The optional message you choose to include

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising profiling.

2. What we use it for

We use this data exclusively to:

• Respond to your API access request and send you your credentials.
• Coordinate technical and commercial onboarding.
• Communicate with you about your integration.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

3. How we process it

The form sends the request by email to our team through the provider Resend, which acts as data processor for email delivery. The site is hosted on Vercel. We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, update and delete your personal data, as well as to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to us at api@justia.uy.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. We will publish any changes on this same page, indicating the date of last update.
